Existing Conditions Documentation
Before the design process begins, it’s important for us to understand your vision on a personal level, and if you’re interested in a remodeling project we certainly want to understand your house and the challenges we may face. Depending on the location, in-person consultations are available and will help us connect with your goals and see what we’re up against.
Perhaps you are entertaining a remodeling project in the future and would like to get a head start by simply documenting the conditions of your existing house.
Graphic Renderings
Through the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) all of our projects are designed through one comprehensive 3-D model from which traditional drafting documents are generated from. This streamlined process allows us to produce visual renderings with just a few additional steps. The power of seeing your design ideas, in color and with perspective imagery, is paramount to the decision-making process of design.
Technical Drafting
Whether you need scaled floor plans or detailed wall sections of a building’s envelope, we have the knowledge to translate simple concepts into buildable drawings.
